Refund Policy
Approved returns
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned kit.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are marked as shipped.
Shipping costs
Original shipping is refunded only when the return is caused by an error on our side, such as the wrong size or a faulty kit.
